It really doesn't matter how you slice it or what you call it; the PSRC is one of the few clubs that maintains properties  leased exclusively as training grounds.  We are able to lease these grounds based on long standing relationships with people who value the conservation aspects of what we are committed to.  Further, we are good stewards of their property and their trust.  We are self policing and insist that members treat the grounds as their own and be involved in the improvements and investments we make in this privilege.

DIRECTIONS TO DeWatto Site from the TACOMA NARROWS BRIDGE/ VIA HWY 16:

  • Through Tacoma on I-5 S near Tacoma Dome stay in the right lanes to exit onto HWY 16 Approximately 7 mi from Tacoma Narrows. After crossing over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, stay on Hwy 16 traveling toward Bremerton. After you see the water inlet on the right you'll be approaching the Gorst area.
  • From Gorst, take left exit on Hwy 3 SOUTH towards Belfair.
  • At the shopping center, (Safeway on right) take a right at the intersection and travel towards Belfair State Park.
  • Take a right onto Sand Hill Road and travel approximately 5 miles.
